illegal files on rapishare

I know they take them down when they find them but what happens if u downloaded them?  do they catch a site that uses rapidshit as a host (along w/ ppl who used that site) or do they just find individual files (along w/ ppl u d/l the files)?

I say the only way you can possibly get  caught, is if you were to use a file sharing P2P(peer to peer) network like limewire and share like 1,000 illegal files, then they will possibly track you down. Other then that there's no way. They don't go after the individual..that'd that years..They go after the one who's feeding them the files.
