illegal files on rapishare

I know they take them down when they find them but what happens if u downloaded them?  do they catch a site that uses rapidshit as a host (along w/ ppl who used that site) or do they just find individual files (along w/ ppl u d/l the files)?

No. If they catch an illegal link, they simply delete it. You don't goto jail, they don't find you, they don't care, and stop being a fucking pussie. I've been doing shit like that for about 6 years now.
