name of a game?

A while ago on /v/ there a was a small thread about this one game on , i think it was, the snes, but i cannot remember the name for it. The only thing that I can remember was that it was a platformer that involved swinging(like the grapple beam in metroid), i think that's what it was anyways.
does any one know the name?
