Fuck year! Posting in an almost 3-months-dead thread, having just finished the story of Nurse-kun and Amput-tan on ED! Well, I feel cheated, to say the least, that I wasn't around when this was going on (having not discovered 4Chan until about 2009. inb4 'lurk moar' and such.) Well, here's to hoping Nurse-kun and Ampu-tan DIDN'T die in a car accident, and at least, if they did, Ampu-tan didn't actually survive and have to live with losing everything AGAIN.
It is, to say the least, a hard story to swallow as fact, but fuck it! This story touched me in the two places the average /b/tard has never been felt: his heart and his PENIS! I loved the story, and would gladly see the return of Nurse-kun with a grin and absolute joy.
But, as all good things must come to an end, I regret but accept the fact that Nurse-kun has virtually dissappeared for 2 years. If he was a troll, he must be dead or bored. If he was a man, he was a miserable little pile of secrets (j/k, but enough talk!)
So I sage this thread with my heartfelt message, not because it's one big lie, but because I know that there is no point to enraging my fellow 4Channers by necro-bumping. I did that enough as an ACTUAL newfag.

Wow, here I was sure this thread would be bumped forever by ED readers. And it's been dead for almost 3 months. People get bored fast.
If Nurse-kun is still reading this, and I doubt it but wth, greetings and thumbs up from Poland. Repeating that you get people inspired is silly at this point(you did, in a different way than the rest, made me actually want to go volunteer in a animal shelter since i dont really cope with people much, animals being a better option) , hope you managed to get the girl a new life, as close to normal as she might ever get.

I read on 420chan that The Nurse had died in a car crash. It was posted by someone who claimed to be a friend of Anonynurse and who had bought drugs from him. Probably fake, but it'd be ironic (and also very sad) if it was true. Where the hell are you Nurse-kun-chan-tan-blah?
Unlikely, however im pretty sure theres only a few circumstances in which he would suddenly stop updates without a conclusion. As much as i pray this isnt true......
Most like one of these; either the adoption process failed hard, and he went off the rails, something bad happened to amputee-chan and she died, and he went off the rails, the adopting process went bad and he was barred from visiting her, and went off the rails, or maybe it was all a big fat troll by a talented wannabe author (he just writes too well, same with that blindmute loli tale, amazing stuff but its hard to believe it happened, although i hope not.).
I choose to believe that it all went well and hes too busy raising her and too scared to leave a browsing history trailing to 4chan to come back to this part of the internet. Amazing tale nonetheless!
If this is true, I'll be rather happy, strange that he only posted it there, guess hes too busy, or else in his infinite trolling wisdom decided that some people would be truly miserable without a final update and threw that in there to appease us.

If he is a "troll" I think he's less a troll and more an aspiring writer like what 872 said. I know that I for one have made up stories on 4chan before solely for the sake of writing something up to entertain folks and not so much to fool or "troll" them. It's been a fun ride either way, wouldn't you say?
