I'm sure there was a thread about this a long time ago, but it faded into obscurity. What is the best way to train before elite four aside from cheating/trading etc.

I used VS Seeker on the Trainers in Victory Road. Along with fighting wild Pokemon there.

Yeah, I've been doing that for a while. Slapping on an exp share for my weaker pokemon, but its taking longer than I expected.
I was previously training at the Sunyshore beach area using a Raichu (who is lvl80 now) to help others level, but again, it seems long and drawn out. Any other suggestions?
