GB/GBC/GBA to computer

I just found this old cable that came with the GBC gameshare that allows you to connect your GB/GBC/GBA up to a computer using the computer's printer port.

I'm wondering if there is any cool things people have done with this that I can mess with?

I got this game and put in my Ps2...then a scary screen with Mion appears and says
something in japanese... I had to delete my memory card =(
I can't get past that screen...andy ideas?
