Ok, minus the "urhuhrrundurdurdur u weeaboo" comments, can anyone suggest a really good game for either the PS2 or PC based in Feudal Japan (eg, a Samurai game)?
Suggestions for both action and strategy games welcome.

Dynasty Warriors is a decent game. Action based. Ummmm Kessen 3 is amazing great strategy game. And it's got a great replay value. Both games are for PS2.

I have Samurai Warriors it's amazing. It's like Dynasty Warriors except it is mainly based on individual storys of the character not the whole "dynasty"or "army"personaly i love the game but i'm a pretty huge ahhhh history buff so you sound like a person that would enjoy the game.

There's been a few reviews of Samurai Warriors 2 that claim that the fighting is too repetitive and all you do is beat the crap out of countless enemies with bad AI... did you face that problem?

Well yeah it does get repetitive but all round it's a good game. And if u game with someone else it's twice as fun. Bad AI ummm yeah a lil but it's still a great game to just pick up and play. >>6 I never played Shogun Total War whats it for and about anyway?
