The aliens you fight in the Ecco the Dolphin games all look almost exactly like Gieger designs.

Some growth stages of Metroids also look similar to his work.  Despite the above claim that any sci-fi game from the 90's has them, I can't think of many more.

MDK did a little bit, but that was probably coinicidence more than anything else.

Doom 1 + 2 used a lot of cybernetic-feeling graphics, especially with the character design

The enemies in Doom are cyber demon looking, but they're not very similar to actual Gieger stuff.
