I'm looking for a great linear/storyline based PC FPS. Preferably no survial horror because I'm sick of those already...the plot twists are too confusing. I loved the Delta Force series but I seem to hate anything by Tom Clancy. Do they still make linear FPS anymore...I mean...its always online shootouts like Battlefield and War Rock.
If you have any good games to recommend please post thanks.

Been there...done that....I meant games that simulate real life modern wars/fictional with real weapons. Eg: Op Flashpoint, Delta Force.

What about Doom 3? It's not QUITE Survival Horror, it does have the whole fear thing going on, but it's a great FPS, great story (for me, anyway) and it's straightforward enough.
