Help running import dreamcast games

Ok so i burned a ISO so i could play import games in my dreamcast but when the cd load in the dreamcast it comes up in the cd player with a 16 second song so is it suppose to come up with a screen or do i put the import game in when it is on that playlist window if this isnt what it is suppose to do then i might have burned the cd wrong so
help me obichan kenobi you are my only hope
