if you have one skills, you are weak in another area,
if you get the other skills to cover your weakness you are weak in the first area you where triying to cover. so no its not ""well balanced"".
And i dont know of anyone who wants to be playing and have a party whit you 6 hours a day just to cover your weak point so the stupid concept of
""get a party is a game that's based on that lol"" to cover the part you are weak is pointless and stupid becuase sooner or latter you have to be solo, like any other mmorpg
