Play a game, if it is good and playable, remember the publisher and developer, also (AND THIS IS IMPORTANT) the
YEAR of the release, if it sucks, remember the same parties but just write them down in th exact opposite list.
PRESTO! With enough time looking into the entire library of videogaming, you will have a complete list with an accurate depiction of who makes and publishes what.
Of course, you can't directly weigh amerikan and weeaboo in lump sums against each other, they both make a huge load of shit and once had made some pretty keen ass shit AT ONE TIME.
