Disgaea question

i know this game is old, i never play it until now >.<

If you create a cleric and the mage(mentor), when the cleric reach lvl 1 heal, do the mage gain heal spell as well. does this work vice versa

i'm planning to create mage/cleric multi class, since its really hard to level cleric without offensive skills

is it possible to create something like fighter/mage/cleric, from fighter mentor ?
