Look at how new strategies were invented by Korean gamers for Warcraft, etc. I say it is in their blood!

They have a mechanical group mentality rather than the western individuality and heroism that dominates US media.  If you've ever been systematically wiped out by Koreans all working together as a team to eliminate non-Koreans first, then you understand.

So grind, lvlup, grind and level up repeat the process for years to make to lvl 99 sounds found or sell the ""LOOT IS THE FUN""?

It's more than that.  It's cooperation.  They can work like a well oiled machine.  A US player just wants to solo and do everything himself.  Koreans work like Raptors- you think there's only one, but there are five more waiting for you in the treeline.  Creepy.

Korea is like Japan done right. Except not.

Korea is like a confused japan, which is even more fucked up then japan.

Since nothing good really comes out of korea they just take what japan or the us makes and claim it as their own then put their math skills to use for their own entertainment, like starcraft. Unlike korea, japan puts their math skills into creativity since korea can't do that since they're so busy hating japan.

All Korea does is play games and eat noodles.

Korea needs to find a job and a girlfriend.

srsly

Koreans pwn Americans

Gaming is a lot more competitive in Korea. Starcraft tournaments are broadcast on tv and comes complete with announcers, and is more or less treated like a sport. Net cafes are also everywhere in Korea, and in many ways it makes the gaming scene more sociable when compared to America, where most people play their online games at home in isolation.

Most of them tend to take their gaming overly serious as well; there's fights that happen between net cafes over pks in Lineage, and when someone inside a net cafe successfully does that +10 weapon enchant, the place gets filled with cheering, screaming, and spilled ramen. Stuff like this you would never see over in America (unless you count the guy who got stabbed to death with a screwdriver over too much trash talking in Counter-Strike, but then again the victim and attacker were orientals too).

Don't change these.
