I heart UO and haven't really gotten into an MMO in the same way since then. Although I haven't played Guild Wars, I hear it's supposed to be a decent skill-based game. Is this so?

There's no gay'd up D&D bullshit rolling dice system which every fucker under the sun uses. Even if your hit lands 0, so it ends up as 0. So unlike other games when you fight some shit that takes up the entire screen, you won't miss it even if it's a tiny little spec of shit.

And, if someone fires an arrow at you from a distance and you move out of targeting area it wont hit you.
