why do so many poeple hate xbox's and xbox 360's so much all the games I played on xbox have been very good, and the grafixs are much better than alot of games on the ps2 and game cube.

The reason everybody hates the Xbox is because of the following:
A) GROW A NEW GENRE
I mean, seriously, they've got FPS, and GRAPHICS! They're a one-trick pony!
B) DON'T STEAL GAMES OF OTHER CONSOLES AND THEN BOAST ABOUT WHY THEY ARE BETTER ON THE XBOX

A virtual next gen monopoly all this time and still their games suck. It's Halo 1 to infinity for Xbox. Not to mention that they based their sales numbers on sales to retailers not sales to consumers.

I was watching a commerical for some random game out. It looked like shit. Like old system shit. They probably could do more with it, they just dont. The games suck. The systems a disappointment. It's not worth the crazy shit they charge.

I aquired a 360 off my brother for £50 after his Red-Ringed-of-Deathed on him, and I got it fixed by Microsoft for free.
Despite all this though, I can only bring myself to play Geometry Wars and nothing else because the cost of regular games (for not much more content-wise from last-gen consoles) is still too high that it affects my overall enjoyment of the game. It seems to 'force' you to have fun as you've just spent all that money.
All quite futile really.
