Shenmue

Ok, since the most of you are into other game genres, I am going to make this quick. Is there plans on making a third insallment to Shenmue? I have not heard anywhere about it. I was wondering if anyone on world4chan would know. The 2 games do have their flaws, but most games have flaws. I enjoyed both games because I like to wander around games and follow storylines. I loved the way you can talk to anyone and go about anywhere.
If anynone knows, please let me know!

those rumors have got to be a total pack of lies. it just doesn't make any sense that sega (a company in big financial trouble that probably doesn't even call its own shots anymore) is secretly developing the fifteen or whatever sequels (sequels to the most expensive videogame ever made, by the way, and one which did not make its cash back) totally in secret and without saying a word to anybody, and that one day the whole thing is gonna pop out of thin air. i can suspend my disbelief a little tiny bit, but only enough to watch japan-cartoons.

Shenmue would be cool if you could go around being an asshat and beat up old people, women and children in a sailor outfit
