Tell me, what are some good and worthy DS games?

Right now, I have only Super Mario DS, sort of fun but, getting old.

Guide me /games/.

Phoenix Wright
Trauma Center
Mario Kart DS
Advanced Wars DS
Castlevania
Kirby: Canvas Curse
Meteos
Lost in Blue

Castlevania and Meteos are the ones I play the most. I also imported Harvest Moon, and that kept me entertained for a few months.

Go out and get Metroid Prime Hunters when it comes out. Animal crossing's good as well as Sonic Rush.

If I get a DS game from Japan, will it work on my DS or do I need to mod my DS/wait for it to be brought in by a company?

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-05 17:50

It will work without modification, the DS is region-free.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-05 19:43

go import Osu Tatake Ouendan!...NOW

That's only for people who don't have a smoker's hands...

Thanks for the list  of titles Anonymous. :)

Oh, hey, anyone tried "Trace Memory?" I've been thinking of getting it also, but I don't want to risk getting a crappy game.
No one rents DS games, they're all too busy renting for boring ol' PSP. :|

Fun, short game. Price dropped to $20.00 or less at a lot of places.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-07 7:13

You will be done with it after six hours.
Then you'll show it to your family and friends, that will last a longer time, and is quite fun.
I pirated it, but I'd be willing to pay for it. But, not 40 euros...

Thank you. :)

Trauma Center sucks.  So damn laggy.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-08 15:52

>>15
The hell you talking about? It kicks ass.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-08 21:07

>>16

Exactly that.  I have the game and when there are many "creatures" on the screen at once, the game is laggy as hell.

Mario Kart DS
Castlevania dawn of souls
Elecktroplankton (sp)
Resident evil deadly silence

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-11 13:28

Electroplankton is the simplest smart chillout piece of kit i've ever played. Kickass.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-11 21:19

If it came free with the system maybe.

Trace Memory and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney are two of the best games for NDS in my opinion. I heard that FFCC, FFIII, and Xenosaga Ep. 1+2 are coming out soon.

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-15 3:36

jump, band brothers, the rest is emulation on both the systems

FFCC and FFIII ain't coming out for a while.

>>22

Uh? Emulation on both the systems? What you mean?
