This game is > j00. Foes range from the Zmobies and Ghuols lurking in the Misspelled Cemetary to the Penguin Mafia (which has recently lost power after being eaten by Knott Yetis) to the dreaded Ninja Snowmen, and player classes include Pastamancer and Seal Clubber. Fucking genius game, though it features a plethora of horrible puns.
I used that strategy in my first HC ascension, as a Pastamancer, it worked rather well, but it was really expensive. HP restoration, that is. I didn't know how useful Springy Fusilini was back then (I only learned that this ascension, farming the peak at +31ML sure is fun.)
I didn't use it until the airship though. Guess I used normal moxie tactics until that point. In my next ascension I had potions of course, so no more need for that.
Some protips; Do the daily dungeon every day as soon as you can (until you get the keys, or enough to zap one); Get the wand of zapping ASAP; Make sure you get all the items you need in the end so you don't have to backfarm; etc. :~)

Oxycore is painful... But, hey, once I've got my Sympathy and my shiny new plexiglass pith helmet, I'll be able to have a 68-pound Doppelshifter. Which will immediately become a stab-bat and annihilate me.

I'm having problems adventuring above the beanstalk, I assume this must be normal because the only thing I did wrong as far as I can recall was not getting the cape of the goblin king for a bonus of 7 mox. Doing Sauceror next ascension is going to be great though!

Lessee... Empathy, Leash of Linguine, Advanced Saucecrafting (for reagents), Summon Snowcone, and Summon Hilarity (though the last one obviously doesn't help any). In retrospect, I could have gone for Moxious Madrigal and a couple of passive skills, but I seem to be doing all right.

800-1000 (maybe 850-) Meat and 0-2 skins. I use an adventure repeater which runs 200 adventures in 5 minutes or so while I troll 4chan. I'll only be doing this until the new thing is opened up so I have 300 adventures that day and can make a fortune (even though I'll start playing hours after rollover).
