Played most of the older ones but I'm wondering if there are any semi-recent ones that I might have missed? Or maybe ones that are just coming out to watch out for?
Not so hot on tactical/strategic games masquerading as RPGs, but more along the lines of classic RPGs, but then again, beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

Great GBA RPGs
Fire Emblem series
-The first gets interesting a lot later than the second, the more unique character classes (Pegasus Nights, Dragon mounts, etc.) are available early in Sacred Stones, compared to the first. (Around chapter 18.)
Advance Wars
-More a strategy game, although the new DS cart allows you to level your COs in order to use stat boosters.
FFTA
-Tactical game, major RPG elements. This is a smaller FFT, no lies.
LoZ- Minish Cap
-Classic Zelda, new art style. It's been dumbed down a bit for younger audiences, but the classic LttP dungeon crawling is still there.
Final Fantasy
-FF classics I and II have been recently released, I believe III came out as well, and IV is on the way.
Golden Sun- Great classic-styled RPGs. The Second has the option of loading a code from the first (upon completing GS1) that allows you to regroup with your old GS1 party in GS2. (w/o the cod, they start at a lower level, less extras, and without the major monetary gains you may have had in GS1.) GS1 and GS2 both take a long time unless you managed to fly through LttP, which may be a downside considering that you're playing on the GBA.
