Jebus, I thought the whole point of the series was to poke fun at the concept of "paying for four standalone single player MMORPGs" in an ironic sense, knowing full well that it wouldn't be an actual MMORPG.

Like how Space Balls never really had all that merchandise for sale.

I'd suggest you start using Anonymous if you wanna keep that name of yours, though. Too many posts and it'll be banned. Save it for occassions that really counts.

And on to the subject... I, strangely enough, enjoyed playing .hack// 1 (can't remember the name), despite the fact that it was portrayed as a generic... and truth be told, pretty crappy MMO. No character designing, skill-gaining was static and the amount of ptp-interaction... non-existant (durr hurr :B). All in all, I liked it despite its flaws... probably because levelling was a breeze.

I hope the online one is as grind-unfriendly.
*jak roms big ol' guardian, 250 xp!*
Always played 10 above recced level, unless it was a story mission 'cause those were always underleveled areas. That was the only thing I liked it for, the fact that if it WAS an MMO it would be pretty gosh-darned friendly.
