The Killer7 were a group of highly trained assassins. The US government decided they were a liability and sent an agent to off them. After doing this the agent went a little nuts and adopted the name Garcian Smith, as well as the personalities of all the Killer7 he had murdered (his concousness also altered his reality to incorporate some of the missinformation he learned about the Killer7, such as the television). After that it becomes less clear. The way I figure the fake Harmond Smith and Kun Lao are two god-like beings that, every hundred years or so, choose avatars and see who wins. The old Harmond chose the gov't agent (whose name I can not remember) while Lao made the Heaven Smile. Lao also became Bondage Boy to lead you on your game and keep you from getting lost and giving up the competition. They fought, the fake Harmond won, like he always wins, and they went dormant. If you're looking for explinations for Susie, the hint guy, and bondage boy's wife I do not have them.
Just reading this gives me a mindfuck, I hope your penis is enjoying it.

Tell Jack Thompson about it(make sure to mention the "full-blown sex sequences"), sue Capcom for $99.9 million, and use the $499.99 cash you *earn* to see a cheap therapist.
Or MORE SERIOUSLY, you could try gamefaq.com's "Killer 7 Plot Analysis/FAQ." If any game has a confusing or hard to follow plot check GameFAQs(aka GameFAGs by fellow 4chaners) for a plot guide, but I would still stay away from the message boards unless there is an unanswered question(s). Also check the FAQs, you might find a plot guide in them.

Is the actual GAME any good? I like the stylish lo-fi cel shading but I've heard the gameplay is kinda iffy.

it's basically an arthouse version of RE. Control is streamlined to move forward (along the game's path) with the A button and turn with the B button. You're on a straight line, but you navigate buildings by going on forks in the road. Most of the game takes place in buildings, which are navigable just fine this way. The control method only feels weird in open spaces like in Chapter 3. At any time you can stop, switch to an FPS view, aim, and fire. Fighting is different between the normal (extremely easy to the point of hand-holding) and harder modes; on normal one-hit kill spots are clearly visible on enemies and in the harder modes you have to find them yourself (you won't often be able do so, and end up killing them the old fashioned way). The transition between walking is pretty quick and smooth, but you can find yourself in spots where you don't have a decent shot at anything, or you'll run into a Smile who's just around a corner. On a basic gameplay level, fighting Smiles and hunting keys are about all that's going on, save the plot. The game pulls some fantastic fuck-with-the-player tricks throughout, especially at the end. I highly recommend the game but try not to find out much about the plot, especially not here wher it's been spoiled to all hell.

Simple: you just played some crackhead's idea of making a game. Really, that guy called "Suda 51" is fucking messed up.

>Trying to die in style? Give me a break you sick old man!
I may not have liked most of this chapter but goddam if I didn't love the final parts of it. You know, while I still believe that making the game longer wouldn't have exactly have done it any favours I still can't help but wish that there had been a couple of more chapters focused on the various personalities.Dan certainly got his time in the spotlight with Encounter and MASK somewhat did with Sunset but what about the rest of the gang? :(
How does Killer 7 emulate in Dolphin these days?

looks like something from the Amusement Park maybe? given how almost no trailers of this game actually look much like anything of the final game it seems like it's gone through a lot of iterations at least
