Ok I've played countless video games, and I've realized something. There is no game rated A! ESRB says there are 6 categories for ratings - RP, E, C, T, M, and A, and as far as I know, there is no console game with A rating.
Is there a console game that is actually rated A (adult only) ?
I know US re-released hentai PC games have A ratings on the cover, but I've never seen one on console games.

To my knowledge there has never been an A rated console game. I went to ESRB.org and did an advancd search with my only criteria being an A rating, and the only results were PC and Mac games, and one console game! Yes, there has been an A rated console game: "The joy of sex" for the phillips CDI. Yes, that phillips CDI, the one with the crappy knock-off Zelda games. BTW, there are 7 ratings, not 6. They recently added E10+.

Console controllers require two hands thats why there are no Ao console games.

Well, no duh. It's like NC-17 for movies, the number of which you could probably count on your fingers. Any movie that gets NC-17 will only be shown in a few daring theatres in major cities, and thus make no money. Most porn would fall under this, but it's not released through the MPAA AFIK. It's probably the same for Ao games. I doubt Wal-Mart will sell them, so if one was threatened, they'll move it down to M.
