I remember that game. I never played it but they were pimping it so hard on Game Network, a channel with such a low budget that they couldn't afford to be good enough to attract advertisers. They let go the only good presenter because some dumbass British kids complained there weren't any English accent presenters, and replaced him with some airheads who don't know how to present themselves on camera any more than they know about gaming.
They've only ever attracted one advertiser, so most of their ads for an entire year before they shut down were this one ad they ran themselves, selling a stock of Dreamcast games they couldn't get rid of. They started back up again, but their only shows are Game Play (footage of shows), Game Clip (footage of shows set to music) and a show where people text message (at great expense, this is the channel's only revenue) a guy with a webcam asking for cheats for games, who looks up the cheats on the internets.

Ummmmm, you seem to know alot about it for someone that's never actually played it lol. Anyway, it's alot like Diablo (apparently). Granted, it doesn't look as cute/pretty as something like RO, but what it lacks in prettiness it makes up for in game play. And at the moment, you can play up to level 20 (out of 40), and its still free ^_^.

It's free now? I was going to sign up but then they made it pay-for.

No, you have to pay. But they've made the crossover period later, rather than sooner.
