1 spaghetti e anchovy a l'helvetica

a)boil spaghetti
b)cut anchovy into pieces (you can skip this step)
c)drain spaghetti
d)add anchovy
e)add a package of emmentaler cheese

2 riso e fagioli verdi e sardine

a)boil rice
b)boil green beans
c)sauté green beans with an onion
d)mix beans and rice, add 2 cans of sardines+tomato sauce

5-Minute Quesadilla

Equipment: Nonstick saucepan at least the size of your tortilla
Ingredients: 1 tortilla, handful cheese(s), optional other toppings (meats should be pre-cooked), sauces

Heat saucepan to medium-high heat. When water evaporates on contact, it's ready. Place tortilla in pan. Place cheese on tortilla. Fold, and continue cooking.

For a soft quesadilla, remove from heat when cheese is melted. For a crispier one, add a fat to the pan (such as butter or lard), let it cook a bit longer, flip and cook the other side.

Either way, you can plate and serve immediately, or you can grab the quesadilla straight from the pan, wipe the pan down and hang it, and nom the quesadilla hot, leaving no mess. Like A Boss™.
