Tenderize the muscles in the thighs, cut into small pieces and cover in soy sauce and sugar. Cover and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Use your fingers to bread the meat with corn starch. Fry in your CAST IRON SKILLET on medium heat with whatever oil you like. Be sure to flip it. Also cover it with a pot lid so that it will cook through. Be sure to freeze the rest of your sisters dead body for later use.

Ommolette
3 eggs
1 tsp butter/margerine
salt TT
black pepper TT
Melt butter over medium high heat
scramble eggs (at a restaurant you want to strain the white chord, not the egg white, from the eggs but fuck it. It's just your sister)
Cook eggs being sure to push cooked egg towards center and let the uncooked egg take its place
once the eggs are almost done you can flip the ommolette to cook the uncooked egg on top
add cheese, meat, veggies whatever.
