sigh,why did you have to mention cornbread?Do you guys have the Paul Prudhommne recipe for cornbread,or corn meal muffins?The muffins have butter in the recipe,corn meal,white flour,and get this--corn FLOUR.This guy is a baking genius,this recipe is so outrageously GOOD. It's more like a wonderful desert muffin.Tell me if you want the recipe,and be careful,they may bake a long time.If you're on a diet,do not put extra butter on the muffin,it does not need it,just a little honey.(I cannot put the recipe on here,tonight,I'm worn out. :O But,I promise,if you want it,I'll come back and post it. it[s so YUMMY. :) )
