What unusual meats have you tried? I'm talking things that aren't at all common, so not beef/chicken/pork/turkey/duck/lamb/goat etc.

I've tried horse and it was so good, wish I could get it in Canada.

We have horse slaughter facilities in Canada; surely someone local has the meat somewhere.

Horse meat tastes like dog food. Buffalo meat is fucking awesome.

I've had horse from Canada and it is actually pretty good while it's rare. It was raised in Qubec and that was the only place that I knew of to pick it up. (I'm in Nova Scotia) but yeah.. I'd try hitting up your butcher and ask if he (or she) could order it for you.

I second that. Buffalo meat is available in many forms, but it is much better than beef products.

Crocodile, it was pretty tough but still very good. They gave me this weird sause with it and i could have sworn that it was coke and katchup mixed together

kangaroo is pretty uncommon outside oz
overcooked you could use it for a cricket bat but on the rare side its like an earthy, full, slab of... meat...
