Well-done wagyu beef - good w/ catsup?

So what sauces would go with wagyu beef that is well-done? I was thinking of wasabi at first, since you know, waguy is Japanese and all, but then I decided against it because it would be a travesty. Wasabi only goes with sushi.

But then I came up with the perfect condiment: ketchup. You can use it on everything, can't yo, and it'll still taste awesome. But I'm still quite undecided...

So tl;dr recommend me sauces that go with well-done wagyu beef (real Kobe stuff) that are not ketchup.
