agg-less waffles crepes and pancakes

Do you guys have any egg-less waffle, crepe or pancake for a 4 years old girl that is allergic to eggs.

Just make a normal waffle/crepe/pancake recipe, except don't put eggs in.  The egg whites provide structure and help make it crisp up nice, and the yolks are essentially just fat.  Neither are absolutely critical for the end product.

Add some butter or oil to replace the egg yolk if you want the richness.  Try some mashed/pureed fruit or rolled oats as alternatives to the egg white to provide extra structure.

You may need to add some extra water to keep the batter at an appropriate consistency.
