I love Ramen Noodles but sometimes plain noodles get boreing.
Anyone have any suggestions for stuff to add to them and spice things up?

Cayenne pepper
Or go to your local Chinese grocery store, buy some Sichuan peppers, crush them with rock or something, and sprinkle it on the ramen. Mmmmm, good!

The spice packet is high sodium preservative filled bullshit. I'd rather it with no spice packet than use that unhealthy shit.

It would depend on what ramen it was you were eating. I eat Su Tah, Neoguri and Shin ramen which all taste very different than the standard Maruchan or Top. I often put eggs, kimchee or fish into each of those. As for doing things with plain ramen noodles you can buy them cheap in bulk at pretty much any asian grocer and you can mix them with salsas or whatever suits your craving.
