Hi there /ck/,
guys of /ñ/ (all the latin community lol)
I bring you one of the best plate in Mexico, and most of latin countries, home made chilaquiles!!
You will need:
-12 tortillas
-12 green tomatoes
-2 clove of garlic
-chilli peppers (if you are not into this, just add 2, if u feel mexican add 10)
-sunflower oil
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup of fresh cheese crumbled
Preparation:
Cut the tortillas into rectangles (no matter for size) and fry them with the sunflower oil, or cooking oil (whatever you guys use for oil in the kitchen), then dry out the grease.
Blend the tomatoes, the garlic and the chilli peppers.
Fry the green sauce enough, for 3 mins, then add salt (any amount you like, I recommend you not that much)
Add the rectangles of the tortillas to the sauce for like 5 mins, with a slow fire, and keep checking until the tortillas are soft, and always keep moving the sauce and tortillas until they are like one.
Once it is done you will see your chilaquiles like my pic, or close to it, then add some sour cream, at the point you really enjoy your plate.
I hope you guys understood me, cause english is not my first language, anyways enjoy it!
