Serious Question

So, why don't they make cheese out of human breast milk?  It's obviously digestible, healthy, and men always love anything to do with boobs.

I predict a future when women are kept in the barn and milked much like cattle, just to feed an ever-increasing demand for solid human dairy.  Who's with me?

its impossible because the protein in breast milk cant coagulate like the one in cow milk.
plus breast milk tastes very sweet and a cheese would be disgusting AND its a ethic problem, many people would disapprove to it.
