Hey, /food/? What's your favorite hot wing sauce? That is to say, what do you put on your chicken wings to turn them into hot wings?

A bowl of Cholula's or some cheap hot sauce, then some cut up habaneros mixed in. Then I dip the wings in. Then I put on my robe and wizard hat.

I use Tabasco, garlic powder, and melted butter. Go easy on the Tabasco, though, since that shit's pretty hot for a wing sauce.

Best standard sauce? Frank's or Cholula's with melted butter.
Favorite that I've made?
Red wine reduced by about 3/4, add about 2:3:3 wine:honey:Frank's and cook on high until the honey begins carmalizing and thickening it. Kill the fire as soon as it begins looking syrupy and keep it off the heat.

Well, /food/, thanks in part to you my New Year's went well. However, I'm planning to do it again (make more hot wings) for Super Bowl Sunday, and my family wants the wings improved beyond what I did last time. So I'm asking for more suggestions, to help me make them even better.
