Nutmeg Cappuccino

There wasn't any cream in the house today, so I decided to try a cappuccino instead. Only thing is, I had the bright idea of putting nutmeg in it. I only put in about a teaspoon, but I have school tonight, and I want to be sure I wont have any problems.
Anybody know a way to stop the effect? (if there is any with this amount)
