Does anyone work out here? If so, what does your average meal consist of? I heard green vegetables w/ chicken breast was ideal.
Anyone else eat healthy?

tl;dr My secret to eating everything and keeping fit.

If by work out you mean keep fit enough to have ample strength, then I work out. I only do body weight exercises; I believe they are far superior to using weights. My average meal consists of anything I manage to prepare from recipes found on the internet. I will only eat the most delicious food; salty, fatty, sugary, you name it, I will probably eat it. This means I usually prepare everything myself using quality ingredients. I do not eat anything labeled "diet" or "fat reduced" or anything similar, they don't taste good enough. I ALWAYS follow these laws with relation to eating:

1. CHEW YOUR FOOD. This is the most important law. Chew everything that goes in your mouth at least 30 times; even for foods that don't feel like they need any more chewing. The digestive process starts at the mouth. Chewing your food well will help your stomach break down the different nutrients into their base forms thus it will maximise the amount of nutrients absorbed through the intestines. You will find that you will enjoy your food more when you make the effort to chew it.
1a) Don't bite more than you can chew
1b) Do not drink any liquid before you have finished chewing your mouthful of food.
2. Eat only four meals a day. Snacking outside of mealtime is acceptable ONLY in *exceptional circumstances*.
3. Only eat the correct portion when eating a meal. If you have too much on your plate, throw it out. I know this is possibly a massive waste of food. This shouldn't be a problem if you learn to get the correct portion when getting your meal.
4. Hydrate yourself with something good. Outside of mealtime, water and tea are the only acceptable drinks you should consume. Sports drinks are acceptable during a good workout. Anything that would rot your teeth such as soda is only acceptable during a meal. Alcohol is only acceptable during a meal. Drinking "junk drinks" with a meal should never conflict with the third law. Coffee are only for people that are unfit.

With these laws in mind, I have little problem eating salty and greasy takeaway, the richest mudcakes, alcohol and fizzy drinks or anything that people call "sinful". I drizzle butter on my roast meat and use real gravy that is made from meat juice drippings. I always follow my rules. A rule is broken only when there is an exception event. Of course, I exercise everyday for 10 minutes. This excludes the 15 minutes I use to warm-up and 10 minutes to warm-down.

I've been eating pretty well for the last few years. It's not as hard as it seems. Just buy actual food and cook it, making sure that you have a good variety. Remember the 'old' food pyramid? Don't be a slave to it, but it is a pretty good guideline. Coffee > soda, IMO, and this coming from a serious former soda addict.

Great. The key to good dieting is all about balance. My regime is just a management technique to ensure: 1) I enjoy only the best tasting foods 2) I maintain a balanced diet 3) ensure that I don't get malnourished (getting too much or not enough nutrition).

All this "diet" and "fat reduced" and "low calorie" tastes just like that. It is far superior to be disciplined and have the best tasting food rather than pig out on all that artificial tasting "diet" crap and be hungry all the time. Oh yes, it is fine to *occasionally* get drunk. Any more than occasionally and you will get malnourished.

It's true. You cannot call yourself fit if you require caffeine to stay awake. When I wake up in the morning, I skip rope 100 times. I cannot begin to extol how effective this is for waking up. If you are truly fit, your diet and metabolism should have no take you through the day.

I eat 4 full meals a day and 2 other "snack like meals" I am at 175 pounds and work out 3 times a week. There is a considerable difference from 4 months ago.

You 4chan queers need to listen to #5.  Nutritionally speaking, he knows what works.  If we'd just get off our lazy asses and do modest exercise each morning when we wake up, followed by a modest but protein-rich breakfast, all that "gaaawwwwd I need coffee" compensation behavior would fall by the wayside.  The other advice here is also good; the "more but smaller meals" issue is one of the greatest secrets of managing the Western deskjockey lifestyle.

Don't change these.
