I think it's considered whatever the pizza consists of, there is alot of oil and fats depending on where it's made.

Home-made ones with the right ingredients are fine. Just so long as you don't make the mistake of buying anything from a supermarket. If you make it from scratch with ingredients from a specialist store without all the sugar and crap like that in it, it's fine to eat all day long.

Pizzas from restaurants or from supermarkets contain your quota of fat and salt for the entire week. That should tell you a lot.
