Every morning i get up, take a shower, then enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Its going great! until i finish the cup, or even half of it; and i have the incredible discomfort of having to take a shit. A very diarrhea like shit. it doesnt always happen immediatly, somtimes im at the office, or even in the car. The point is, its incredibly uncomfortable for about 20 minutes. Don't drink coffee?
Or make sure you boil it long enough so whatever's causing your stomach problems is killed.

it usually takes around twenty-four to thirty hours for food eaten to make it through your digestive tract. the shits are probably not a direct result of the coffee you drink that morning, rather whatever you ate for breakfast the previous morning.
if it's a regular problem, it could be medical rather than dietary.
