Coffee is a diaretic so it made me go pooh a lot. Also I don't like to have dt's like a drunk so I prefer tea "tazo calm" it has the opposite effect just don't take it along side coffee or else you will be relaxed and tired and energetic and wide awake at the same time or quickly verying from condition to condition.

umm, read the wikipedia on caffeine, make sure not to drink too much coffee, if it's simply because you can't stop drink huge quantities of hot fluids, go for tea, it's hot, and it's caffeine content is lower than coffee, while it's still there.

Going to be regularly at specific hours each day so your body gets into a routine (you can control the hours you sleep that way if you get it into a habit).
Don't drink so much coffee... the more you drink the more you wanna sleep...
Fresh air, exercise, fruits, veggies, drink more water. you'll be good...
