Japanese Hamburg Steak

1 lb ground pork
1 onion
Vegetabe oil
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 slice soft bread
salt/pepper
Sliced mushrooms
3 tblspoons Bulldog Sauce (or worcestershire sauce) & sugar

1. Dice onions and saute in oil until browned
2. Put egg and milk in a bowl and mix well. Add breadcrumb in the bowl and mix lightly and set aside
3. Put pork in another bowl and add cooked onion and breadcrumb mixture in it. Add salt and pepper over mixture.
4. Knead well with hands until meat is very tender and well mixed. The best way is to use your fists to knead the pork.
5. Make hamburger patties by tossing the meat patties side by side in your hands. This will make the patties even more tender and juicy. Make a little indent in the center so that hamburger rises and none of the juices escape while cooking
6. Cook hamburger steaks on high heat on one side for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Flip over and cook for 10 minutes on low heat until fully cooked
7. Near the end of cooking the hamburger, add mushrooms and cook with hamburger until browned
8. Finally, add sauce and sugar in with hamburger and cook until sauce is thoroughly mixed
