watermelon
and i eat tofu sometimes
i walk in one spot for 5min a day
so what is the fastest way to lose weight without going outside?
am i doing any good / improvements etc pleaseee :)

You won't lose weight if you eat too little and you won't lose weight if you eat too much. Eat 1500-2000 calories a day (depending on how big you are) with 20% of your calories coming from fats, 40% from protein, 40% from carbs.
1 Gram of fat = 9 calories
1 gram of carb = 4 calories
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of alcohol = 7 calories (for those that wanna know)
If you exersize (which you should about 1 hour a day), you should add that amount to whatever calorie intake you decide between 1500-2000.
(Example: Jogging for 60 minutes = 600 calories, trying to lose 2lbs a week (a very good number) you would add 1500+600 to your daily calorie intake.) Exersize isn't only benificial for the time that you are doing it, but it jacks up your metabolism for the next 24 hours or so.
Eating too little puts your body into a starvation mode which will make your body consume protein instead of fat. Your body also goes into starvation mode if you start working out for more then a hour at a time (it changes its energy sources)
I would definately add some foul/fish and some peanut butter for fat. Cut out salad dressing and add some whole wheat or skim milk. If you are a vegetarian then I suggest getting soy protein in order to lose weight. (A good amount of protein is important to losing weight)

Weight loss is 90% diet, 10% exercise. And the exercise makes you hungrier! This advice is ass backwards. Take it from someone who lost more than 100lbs. A ketogenic diet is the fastest easiest way to lose weight.
