upon waking up, it will dawn on me during my mild 8 hour long starvation that my breakfast options consist of:
- dry cereal
- nothing
lately i've been feeling terribly sad in the mornings because my stomach is always weeping softly in a corner, deprived of delicious cooked food. and due to low funds and no time i usually go to class famished.

Ham,egg,and cheese=win
Here, get some ham, get some egg, and get some cheese, and mebe something else like bread. any american should know where this is going.
pancakes=good idea just make em from scratch.
1cup flour
2Tbs butter (melt it first)
.5cup milk
2Tbs baking powder
2Tbs sugar
1-2tbs sugar
and add 1tb of oil (i do it, you dont have to)
mix together with a fork or any utensil that works
then add milk till the batter is as thick as you need it, trow in some berries (bluberries, strawberries,rasberries (blackonestoo) apples. shit.. whatever you can think of add it)
also if you mix in ~1/3 peanut butter and add bananas its made of fucking win.
here is an easy one :
ingrediants
egg
bread
butter
add butter to both sides of the bread
stick bread in pan on lowest heat possible (watch it so it dosent burn)
drop the egg on one side and let it cook this takes ~10min but its damn tasty if you the yolk has not solidified.
here is the easiest breakfast, lunch, dinner
1 loaf fresh bread
good olive oil
spice mix (black pepper,salt,cayenne,garlic salt whatever you prefer)
now mix the oil with the spice, rip some bread off then dip the bread and eat it.... ive lived of this stuff..
