so now I'm forced to eat out more often

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-30 12:39

I eat breakfast in the morning and have to go to work straight after school which leaves me no time to go to lunch. As a result, I'm forced to buy something from outside on my way to work so I won't starve. The options? Well, Dunkin Donuts, a Pizza shop, and Chinese. What should I do?

Fasting is the answer.

Save your money by bringing a lunch sometimes.

Chinese is surely healthier than donuts and probably healthier than pizza.  Just look for vegetable dishes.

Alternately, you could brown-bag it.  Peanut butter sandwiches are very retro, but they won't kill you, and it's way cheaper than eating out every day too.

1) Purchase one loaf of bread, half a pound of hard salami, half a pound of turkey, and half a pound of provolone from your friendly supermarket deli counter, fresh sliced only.
2) Combine the above ingredients.
3) Profit!

No fucking way.  MSG up the asshole.  In the long run, MSG will do you worse than some greasy bread and cheese.

I say learn to cook some simple shit the night before--learning to cook (at least simple stuff) is really easy if you're not retarded.  Stir fry some veggies and meat with rice or yakisoba noodles, make sandwiches with fresh deli stuff, or whatever strikes your fancy.

What's so bad about MSG?  It contains some sodium, but other than that, it seems harmless enough unless you happen to be one of that small number of people who are allergic to it.

Straight from the Google's mouth: MSG can contain unhealthy levels of sodium, which of course can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and strokes.  Also, research suggests that there is a direct link between MSG and obesity.

Hey I know! Use your money to have a luxurious "lunch" at the local brothel.

Don't change these.
