First get some really good fwhole grain bread with flaxseed.(Country Harvest I use)
Then get some rose petals by any means necessary.
Place rose petals on one side of lightly toasted bread.
Get some goat cheese and place that over the petals and toaster oven that till cheese melts a bit.
Next ,piss in a bowl,only about 2 tablespoons needed,mix this with cat litter. (Fresh Step I use)
Next take what you just mixed and mix that with quarter cup of feces (preferably your own or someone you know well,but your pets' will do.)
Get a whisk or blend until it is all amassed into what looks very much like peanut butter.
Place in an air tight jar and immerse in boiling water for about 2 minutes to rid it of any impurities. (no longer)
After this period it is now safe for human consumption.
Next butter the other side of a piece of lightly toasted whole grain bread with the fecal butter.
Combine buttered with rose petal and goat cheese slices of bread,and whalla.
