Breakfast

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-18 15:57

Earlier I made myself a breakfast burger. Medium-well hamburger and melted monterrey jack cheese plus a scrambled egg between a regular seasame seed bun. Plus, I ate a blueberry muffin and drank some Yuban coffee.

I once made a breakfast hotdog. I see our genious is equal.

One hotdog, cut in half length-wise, fry it in the same pan that you will cook the eggs. Scramble em. Add it all to a hotdog bun or toasted whole grain bread folded in half. Add cheese and ketchup. Tastes like heart attack but its damn good.

bran flakes (museli is good too but expensive) sliced bananna and whole milk.

I usually go with oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. But one time I tried mixing parmesean cheese with my oatmeal, and it tasted damn good.
Kind of like a poorman's risoto.

I eat oatmeal with loads of raisins in it, Raisin Bran, or nothing.

Those are the only breakfasts.

What's so expensive about oats and miscellaneous sliced fruit and nuts? Wait, you don't actually buy the stuff ready made do you? That stuff is awful! Make it yourself it only takes 2 minutes.

Pancakes/waffles and bacon rule the world of breakfast, followed closely by fried eggs and homefries.

A peanut butter sandwich on toast is quick and high in protein when you're in a hurry.

if i'm in a hurry, raisin bran.  if i'm in a hurrier hurry, a big scoop of peanut butter for protein and out the door.  during weekends, oatmeal with dried cranberries, diced apples, and a dash of cinnamon.  if i have time to actually cook something, multigrain pancakes, occasionally with diced apples or dried cranberries.

always complemented with a cup of whatever fruit juice i have ready in the fridge.  usually cranberry or apple.

Toasted bread [I make my own, wheat/white flour mix with pumpkin and sunflower seeds and some rye]
Butter
Fried egg
Crisp Bacon
Ketchup

I call it god's breakfast sandwich.

Instant breakfast, chocolate flavor and low carb orange juice (no low-carb diet just a family history of diabetes so I always go low sugar/sugar free) and 2 spirulina tabs, 2 silica tabs, 1 multivitamin,

I DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST.

Name: Roc 2006-04-25 10:53

I agree, I simply do not have the time to eat breakfast. And I don't want to get up early.

Don't change these.
