EAT THE STEAK RARE

Why don't people eat rare steaks?

I lol when people say "oh, I don't like to see the blood".

Why? Does it make the animal any less dead? If they're going to fag about over their meat, they shouldn't eat it at all.

I can see like, getting a medium or a medium rare if you don't trust the chef, but there's no need to get a well done unless you're eating meat that's possibly infected.

I'm not a fan of pepper steak...or A1-drowned steak, for that matter.  Teriyaki is the way to go.

I love medium rare because the meat seems more juicy and tender.  EVERY TIME I get well-done, the meat turns out dry, stringy, and generally less appealing.  I'm sure there must be a good well-done steak out there, but I haven't had it in all my years of steak-eating.
