EAT THE STEAK RARE

Why don't people eat rare steaks?

I lol when people say "oh, I don't like to see the blood".

Why? Does it make the animal any less dead? If they're going to fag about over their meat, they shouldn't eat it at all.

I can see like, getting a medium or a medium rare if you don't trust the chef, but there's no need to get a well done unless you're eating meat that's possibly infected.


opinions?

Blue (the step below rare in "done-ness"). I eat meat rarely, but when I do, it's of high enough quality or in a restaurant good enough for me to go for the rawest choice. Can you order a steak blue in the States?
