EAT THE STEAK RARE

Why don't people eat rare steaks?

I lol when people say "oh, I don't like to see the blood".

Why? Does it make the animal any less dead? If they're going to fag about over their meat, they shouldn't eat it at all.

I can see like, getting a medium or a medium rare if you don't trust the chef, but there's no need to get a well done unless you're eating meat that's possibly infected.

medium-medium well for me, no sauce usually... sometimes with sauteed' mushrooms... damn that's makin' me hungry...

Don't think you can order it blue in the states... tried to order it a few times and the waitress just kinda stared at me, confused.

My parents eats only medium well - well... because they claim that semi-raw meat has a distinctive odor that they find unappetizing.
