Recipe?
You get the ground beef, you make it into patties, you fry them, you put them on buns, you eat them. There's not a whole lot to this.

You are missing the point about me asking for RECIPES.

Who eats a piece of meat between two pieces of bread? Even the damn Ethiopians at least put some ketchup on it. Or something. So yes, there is more to them than just bread and meat. Not to mention how you can even do the meat in several ways, like put two or three of them between there.
Too bad I don't have any recipes myself, I'm too lazy for that. Mayo, ketchup and cheese, that's what I usually do.

Okay, take the meat and thaw it. Mix in some cheddar and some BBQ sauce. Form into patties and cook.
This is the key. And then, it's delicious. This is unbeatable.

hmmm...
lets see here
You take your hamburger.
Then you get out a clove of garlic
a whole white onion
some worsteshire (sp?) sauce
a bit of tapatio hot sauce
and some mustard powder.
use however much garlic you want, run it through a garlic press into a big bowl. Dice up the onion pretty small, toss in with the garlic. Put in however much worsteshire you want (I usually do two to three "dashes") and a 'pinch' of mustard powder.
Add in the meat, mix thuroughly with your hands. Let sit for a few hours to allow the ingredients to "blend."
Form into patties, gril on a hot BBQ to your liking, add a few slices of cheddar cheese and slap on some onion roll's instead of normal burger buns.
mmmMMMMM good.

Some people add minced fresh onion and/or instant onion soup mix to the ground beef and mix it in before making the patties.

I've always preferd sliders over hamburgers. All I use is salt pepper and sometime some chili powder to season them and put it on a small dinner roll with a bit of mayo. now that is fuck win.

Mix worcestershire, yellow mustard, and shredded cheese into the meat and let sit for 10 minutes. Form into patties and fry over med-high heat.
A generic delicious burger spread: mayo, ketchup, and pickle relish all mixed together. (AKA 1000 Island).
Melt a some butter and olive oil and minced garlic in a pan. Season your patties with salt and pepper, then fry them in the mixture. Drizzle pan juices over burger as desired.
Always, always, ALWAYS toast your buns. Heat up a pan, very lightly butter then inside of the bun, and place it butter-side down on the hot pan until golden brown and crispy. This makes any burger 17 times more enjoyable.
I fucking hate it when I go to a friends house and the dumb bitch wife makes paties that do not fit the bun and are more spherical than flat. People please make your patties slighty larger than the bun you will be using and keep them thin or else you get a really dry burger. This is not a steak, treat it as such.

saute'd mushrooms. Worchestershire sauce. Purple onions are amazing.
IIRC the food network had the hamburger contest recipes. Their website might still have it.

here it is:
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound ground chuck
8 (3-inch) buns or rolls, split in half
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Preheat a griddle to 350 degrees F.
Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
Line a jellyroll or sheet pan with parchment paper, and place the ground chuck in the middle of the pan. Cover the meat with a large sheet of plastic wrap. Roll meat with a rolling pin until it covers the surface of the pan; it should be very thin. Remove the plastic wrap, and sprinkle the meat with the seasoning mixture. Fold the meat in half, from side to side, using the parchment paper. Use a pizza wheel to cut the meat into 8 even squares.
Wrap the buns in foil and place in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place the burgers on the griddle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Remove the buns from the oven. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise on each bun and top with the burger and any other condiments, as desired. Serve immediately.
