What I Ate

This is what I ate.

If you make it too, you will have eaten what I ate.

Fanciful Potato Latkas
Serves: 4 (2 fat people and one only slightly hungry thin person)

5 potatoes
salt
Canola Oil
3 eggs
Handful of flour
Big bowl
a pan of some sort

Put about a half an inch of oil in the pan (enough to cover your latkas) and heat it up on medium-high heat.

Grate them potatoes up. I used a food processor because I don't have 11 years to wait to grate 5 potatoes by hand. Put these now grated potatoes into your Big Bowl without drying.

Add your eggs and handful of flour to the bowl and mix it all up with your hands. Or a spoon. I used my hands. If you find that the potatoes aren't sticking together, add more flour. Throw some salt in the mix while you're at it.

Oh boy its pancake time, I used my hands but you can use a spoon if you're a pussy. Grab up a good bunch of that delicious looking potato mixture and smash it into a pancake. Toss it into the oil. Cook it until brown on both sides. Repeat repeat repeat. Makes a shitload.

Crappy Pillsbury Roll Things
step one: buy can of rolls
step two: bake rolls
step three: eat

Cooked vegetables
step one: buy frozen veggies
step two: boil in water
step three: eat

And that's all I ate. I also had a glass of wine. So there!

I don't have any wine or potatoes but I do have powdered flavored potatoes that take 5 minutes to boil and then you mix the potatoes in and let it sit for a few minutes and mix it some more and you have instant mashed potatoes

I've been eating those things straight for the past few days and it's how I have been staying alive

That sounds good.  You can also:

not peel the potatoes beforehand, just wash them with cold running water and a clean kitchen vegetable brush to get rid of the dirt (the rind adds flavor; the rind also has vitamins)

adding a finely minced onion or bundle of green onions, because onion and fried potato are nice together

sprinkle a little tiny bit of paprika on them when they're cooked, just before you serve them, to give them that cheerful red color

I actually didn't peel the potatoes for those very reasons.

as for the onions, I didn't have any :(

Don't change these.
